Starting again
Ok… So this is very interessting! I am starting somewhat from scratch.
After being injured at the end of last year as well as getting covid in february, I shifted my focus on the app and that took away all the spare time I had to workout and stay in shape.
I have gained 6 – 8kg that need’s to go, why? Not because of any number on the scale, but simply because I know how well I feel when I stay in shape and workout.
So, I will start by adding the following actions to achieve the goal:
- Everything I eat
- Fasting (just to keep track on the days I fast)
- Physical activity (Workouts, both strength and endurance)
- Sleep (because I know it’s required)
