How I setup my camp

Expeditions
Starting with expeditions, why? because having a yearly goal is something that’s not too far in the future so It feels more “tangible”. Saying “In the future sometime I will have achieved X”, is not the same as saying:
I will achieve this by the end of this year.
Thats why we have Expeditions in the first place, so this is my list for now

My Plan
I have created a plan with actions to record every day, and some only during the weekdays. Here is my overview:

My Basecamp
My basecamp is quite simple for now, this week I have set a goal to reach 10k steps 4x times and also do weight workout at work.

Let’s see how the week ends, for now it does not look that great. BUT at least I do see how the days are going and I am reflecting a lot more now on the actions I do, even tho they might not currently align with my goals.
